I-405 Improvements Project

Owner: Caltrans/Orange County Transportation Authority

Contractor: OC405 Partners (OHL/Astaldi Joint Venture)

Details: Approximately 400,000 LF of 24" CISS piling, 14" and 18" H-Piling for overhead bridge improvements spanning 15 miles along the I-405 Freeway

Contract Amount: Approximately $50 million

Carpinteria Segments 4A-4C

Owner: Caltrans

Contractor: Granite Construction Company

Details: A three stage Highway 101 project that includes various Pipe piling, H-piling, and precast concrete piling installation on bridges, retaining walls, and overhead sign foundations

Contract Amount: Approximately $5.5 million over three separate contracts

Route 57/60 Improvements

Owner: San Gabriel Vallley Council of Governments

Contractor: Skanska USA 

Details: Improvement to one of Riverside County's largest commuter interchanges consisting roughly 63,000 LF of both 24" pipe pile, 14" H-pile for new on- and off-ramps and widening

Contract Amount: Approximately $13 million

Route 5 Coyote Creek

Owner: Caltrans

Contractor: Security Paving Corporation

Details: Construction of overhead freeway crossings and retaining walls consisting of 24"x.500" CISS piling along the I-5 Freeway

Contract Amount: $12.2 million

Pier B On-Dock Rail Facility East Expansion

Owner: Port of Long Beach

Contractor: Stacy Witbeck

Details: Construction of King Pile retaining wall consisting of W24x192 king piles connected with NZ sheet piles along S710 Freeway at Pier B to enhance rail capacity at the Port of Long Beach's shipping terminals

Contract Amount: Approximately $7 million
